Solstice

What a gorgeous sunset we just saw for solstice.  We went down to the beach for burgers and bike rides.  We saw jellyfish poking along under the pier.  That was a bit alarming for me.  I seriously fear those things ever since watching a documentary on killer jellyfish.  Tomorrow is the famous Fremont Solstice parade where hundreds of naked, painted people ride bikes down a parade route.  I think we will skip this year and wait until the kids can fully enjoy the humor of all the nakedness.
